About Customization
When placing an order, please include your pet’s name (3–6 characters) or initials (1–2 characters). Pet names will be made with small letter beads, while initials will use large letter beads, as shown in the example image.
⚠️ Important Notes:
This is a non-adjustable necklace. Upon receiving it, ensure there is enough space to fit 1–2 fingers between the necklace and your pet’s neck for comfort. Chewing is normal behavior for pets; we recommend removing the necklace when unsupervised to avoid damage to the cord.
