About Customization:

When placing an order, please leave a note with your pet's name (3-6 characters) or initials (1-2 characters). Pet names will use small letter beads, while initials will use large letter beads as shown in the picture.

This is a non-adjustable product. Upon receiving it, please try it on your pet to ensure there’s enough room for 1-2 fingers to fit comfortably between the collar and their neck. Chewing is normal behavior for pets; we recommend removing the necklace when unsupervised to prevent damage to the strap.
